High price for poor quality and shipping

I purchased this kit for a makeup theatre class I’m taking and am seriously disappointed with this brand. Me and my entire class had trouble receiving our kits cause no one bothered to update the website to say that some of the shades weren’t in stock which led to an entire 3 weeks of delay. When we had purchased them, we had expected to get them in the allotted 3-10 days. When I was finally able to use it, I hated how some of the products turned out. The large brush has pieces of hair just falling out and sticks to your face. The crème bases are good for full coverage, but I wish they made them more skin friendly. They feel TERRIBLE on my sensitive skin as well with my sensitivity issues. The packaging is fine but I hate how everything smells so chemically. Overall, the max amount I would have paid for this kit would probably be $45 dollars and absolutely NOT worth the $80.

I've used these kits for years in the Stage Makeup college course I teach, and I'm very happy with some of the recent changes in some of the colors in the kits, especially the shadow colors. Good value, and shipping from Stage Makeup Online is always quick.

took way too long to ship. said it was coming in the 26th and came in the 31st. my biggest problem was that it would say it was coming in on the 26th, then randomly say the 27th. then on the 27th it would say it was coming in the 28th and so on until the 31st. this became frustrating because i needed it for a makeup class and thought it would come in on time and ended up coming so late that i had to wait until the next week to be able to do my work.
