Transparent Jelly is a transparent, greenish-tinted gel for simulation of wet and sweat effects. Dab Transparent Jelly with a sponge or brush onto the required areas of skin, after make-up has been applied and has been set. After a few minutes, the preparation will be almost dry.

It lived up to its abilities PERFECTLY!!@
I thought this would help the flakiness after i apply my fou dation but it didnt really. And it also feel heavy and uncomfortable when u apply it.

i dont only use it as a highlighter effect, i use it on my smile lines before foundation to make my application go smother
