Exactly what I needed

Must have been expired

I’m guessing the product must have been expired or old or some thing. No matter how much they 9% alcohol I put in I barely got any pigment on the brush it stayed rockhard the whole time. Once I tried putting it on my skin it easily wanted to come off. Unfortunately I did not do a make up test before the event so I was stuck with a make up job that did not look as expected or last.
