Couldn't believe it was cheaper to buy directly from you (even with having to pay for shipping!!) than buying from Amazon with free shipping. Fast delivery. Opened product to find it had turned to rubber. Completely un usable and I didnt realize it until the day I needed it. Past 10 day return or refund period, would not order from here again.
